Graduation is very important now a days if you want good job. But if have your own business or something like that then also i recommend that study till graduation. Because today the highest priority goes to the Post-Graduation/Masters people. So if you want to earn more $$$ without struggling then Post-Graduation/Masters is very important for you. Otherwise you must have good skills till you get graduate.
Why Graduation is not Enough?
Well there are lots of graduate people who are seeking for job. So value of Graduate people is reduced. That's why graduation is not enough. If you are also looking for job then they may ask to you that why should we hire you? then what will be your answer? The question is simple but if you don't have extra skills then you cant get good job. And those people are graduate without skills they don't have that much value.
Which skills are necessary? How to get skills? How to improve skills?
Try to learn those skills which are going to help you in job. E.g. if your English is not good enough then you must try to improve it. So if you are belongs to commerce field try to learn accounting skills something related like that, you can also learn tally, advance excel which is going to help you in Job.
And if you are belongs to science then you should improve your science knowledge. Like if you are graduate in I.T. field then i recommend that what you studied in college syllabus is going to help you so don't forgot it. If you have good command over programming skills then it also going to help you a lot.
You can learn this skills from any nearest training center also from Internet like YouTube and there are many websites which help you to learn new skills and chance to improve existing skills. This skills create difference between normal graduate people and you!!!

If you are graduate and you have skills, But still you facing problem to getting good job. Then try to figure out what is wrong. Are you very welled prepared for interview? If you are not prepared well for interview then this Graduation and Skills not work at all. Because the way you present yourself is very important in interview. You must understand to do and not to do for interview. If you think you are good in everything make sure you have control on your body behavior during interview, because many people are not sitting properly or react unstable during interview. So i also recommend you to control your body behavior. And the last thing is good English commutation. Yes you must know English to get a job. Because now a days almost everything is English and that's why English matters...
Is Post Graduation/Masters is necessary?
Actually it is not important that much if you are happy with current job. But if you feel that you want to improve yourself to the NEXT LEVEL or you want to make some more money, then it is important for you because many times promotion in job is not possible because you don't have education of that level. So this Post-Graduation/Masters is plays important roll when you want to go at NEXT LEVEL.

Yes it is possible to compete Post-Graduation/Masters without quitting Job. There are many Universities that offer e-Learning facility where you can study whatever you want on convenient time. This feature help many people who want to study more.
